Looks Fast Standing Still
Gravel bikes can be aerodynamic too! With no cables in the wind, tube shapes that are aerodynamically proven, and a hint of a cut-out in the seat tube, the Aspero-5 is ready to take on your next race. The Cervelo Aspero-5 Force AXS Bike is ready to take you to the top of the podium in your next race. The carbon frame has a carbon fork that is a stunning 37 Watts faster than the outgoing model, and 34 Watts faster than its nearest competitor. When fitted with equally sized tires (e.g., 42mm front and rear), the Aspero-5's handling is stable, confidence-inspiring, and ready for the roughest courses. To increase the aerodynamics even further, and sharpen handling for less-technical courses, Cervelo optimized the geo for a 4mm tire width differential (e.g., 40mm front, 44mm rear). The frame is compatible with tires up to 700 x 45mm. The frame also features internal cable routing, two water bottle cage mounts, a threaded bottom bracket, downtube storage, and integrated frame protection.
The Force AXS version of the Cervelo Aspero-5 comes with a SRAM Force/X0 AXS 12-speed wireless electronic drivetrain. With a 48T chainring up front and an ultra-wide 10-52T cassette on the rear, you'll have no issues conquering those climbs and racing your way to the podium. SRAM Force hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power so you can descend with confidence. Reserve 40/44 wheels are paired with Corsa Pro Control TLR tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the Cervelo SP27 Carbon Seatpost, you'll have a smoother ride over rough terrain compared to an alloy seatpost.
