The connecting chain is the ideal addition to secure the bicycle to fixed objects such as lampposts or bike racks. For example, place the ADAPTOR CHAIN Classic around the lamppost and insert it into the extra lock housing of a compatible ring lock or the Alarmbox 2.0 – this way, the bicycle is doubly protected. No extra key is needed for the insert chain. The key of the ring lock opens and locks both components. The hardened steel insert chain has a textile cover to protect the bicycle from paint damage.
