You will find a precise shipping cost when you've added all items to your basket and entered your shipping details. Prior to making the payment, the checkout will display the final sum with VAT* and shipping.
*Destination country's VAT is applied within the EU. All Shipments outside the EU or to Norway, Switzerland, UK are sold excluding VAT.

Please note the approximate delivery dates for each product on their page below the add to cart button. If you order multiple items - they will be shipped together, thus the shipment estimate depends on the item with the longest processing time!

Adding more items or changing adresses in your existing order, as well as merge multiple orders is not possible. If you forgot something, we're sorry, but you will have to place another order for the missing items!

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and in processing, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

We are based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and pride ourselves in the fact that we are usually able to ship our goods to pretty much anywhere in the world! (There are some obvious exceptions like the Antarctica, the Moon, and areas in the world, where there are sanctions or other obstacles)
If your destination is not in our checkout list - it does not mean necessarily we can't ship there, it means we have to manually check shipping costs. Please send us a message what you're looking for and where shippping would be to and we'll let you know what we can do!

That is most unfortunate and annyoing and we apologize for that! If there are any signs of damage (crushed, ripped, torn, mangled box, weird rattling noise, etc.), you please have to make a note of this with the delivery person! You must provide us with photographic (and video if necessary) proof of the damage within 2 business days of receiving the goods, otherwise we cannot file a damage claim with the transport company! If this deadline is missed, your damage claim will be dismissed!
Each case is different and dealt with individually. Depending on the type of damage we might send replacement parts, replace the whole shipment or offer a partial refund.

Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on the payment method used for various reasons.
Countdown starts from the moment a refund is requested/approved.

This can happen in two scenarios:
- We shipped you the wrong goods. We sincerely apologize for that! Please send us photographic proof of the item(s) you received and we'll handle the rest!
- You ordered the wrong items. Please reach out to us, depending on the situation, we'll check what options there are to rectify the situation!

That of course depends on many factors, if you are willing to wait for something specific or perhaps are happy with a suggested alternative, please send us a message below!

We love working on custom projects so let us know what you have in mind! Please note that for any labor necessary to build, we charge labor fees of 60,- Euros/h. We do not offer to swap bicycle parts. For example if you purchase a complete bicycle and want to get a different saddle, that is entirely possible, but we do not offer to swap it with the original. You will receive both items.

Which Bicycle size is the right for me?
Sizing charts differ between bicycle disciplines. There are different sizings to be considered for example between city bikes, mountain bikes and road bikes. We strive to add sizing charts to all bikes, but sometimes some brand manufacturers do not provide such information. If you're not sure, please reach out to us, let us know how tall you are, the length of your inseam and we'll do our best to help!
