The Cinelli Massimo Giacon Hope cap was designed by the Italian artist of the same name for the brand's Art program.
Massimo himself says of the design, "Hope is not just a slogan, but a little piece of what we all want in this strange world. There are those who do it singing from their balconies, or those who dance like butterflies, trying not to be eaten by the voracious carnivorous plants that surround us in our daily lives."
Massimo is a personal friend of Cinelli President Antonio Colombo and his works have been exhibited at the Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea Gallery. His works are characterized by the comic style typical of Giacon.
The cap is made of a new material called "APITECH". It was developed 100% in Italy and combines the comfort of cotton on the inside with polyester on the outside for a brilliant sublimation print.
