Rewriting the rules of bike insurance

The Laka Promotion Code (the “offer”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to all Laka Promotion Codes as of the date of these terms and conditions.

The offer entitles those customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to the reward of thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days free Laka Cycle Insurance from the moment that the policy is activated. By submitting your payment details, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

The promotion is applicable to new Laka customers who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)

• Do not have an existing policy or account with Laka prior to account creation date.
• Enter a valid Promotion code upon account creation.
• Creates a valid Laka account that complies with our Terms of Service.
• Enters a collective bike value of above £500
• Policyholder must be over 18+

The Reward

Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will be entitled to the reward. 

The reward will be applied to the newly created account on the date that your Policy is Activated. If you do not wish to become a paying Laka Customer upon the completion of the offer, you must cancel your policy before the end of the thirty days. 

Termination and Changes

Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. 

We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
