Shell construction
The Hawx Prime 110 S uses Prolite construction, which starts with a lightweight shell and then reinforces key zones for solid power transfer to your edges. Both shell and cuff are made from polyurethane (PU) to give consistent flex and reliable performance in cold conditions. Energy Backbone reinforcement adds stiffness and edge grip where you drive the ski the hardest, while the Hawx Geometry stance works with the boot’s ramp angle and foot placement to keep you in a balanced, natural position.
Fit and customization
These boots feature a 100 mm medium-width last designed to fit most mid-volume feet comfortably out of the box. The Mimic Gold liner uses special heat-moldable plastics in the heel and ankle that can be shaped precisely to your anatomy for a close, secure hold, and the entire shell and cuff are fully heat moldable through Memory Fit for further fine-tuning. A 3D Stretch Toe Box gives extra length and comfort around the big toe, while the Adaptive Fit System (AFS) Cuff spoiler can be removed to increase space around the calf. Dual-Sided Cuff Alignment and Size Adjuster inserts help you dial in stance and length for a more precise fit.
On-snow performance features
The 110 flex delivers a medium, responsive feel suited to strong all-mountain skiing while remaining forgiving enough for longer days. Power Shift 2.0 lets you adjust forward lean between 13°, 15° (default), and 17°, and fine-tune flex with the integrated shim system or 2nd Power Shift screw. A regular cuff height across the size range provides familiar leverage, and the slightly abducted foot position improves comfort and control through turns.
Closure and sole details
A 40 mm Velcro power strap works with four 6000-series aluminum buckles, allowing you to tune pressure independently at each closure point. The Hawx Fixed Tongue design gives consistent feel over the instep, and added Ankle Lock support holds your heel securely in place. GripWalk ISO 23223 soles with cantable GripWalk grip pads offer better traction when walking and allow the use of canting shims for stance adjustment. Each boot weighs 1,998 g in size 26/26.5, offering a reassuringly solid feel without excess bulk.
