The BLACKROLL® TWIN combines the classic BLACKROLL® STANDARD fascia roll with the DUOBALL 12 fascia ball. Thanks to the recess in the center, the TWIN is particularly well-suited for back rolling, as the spine is kept clear during use. Compared to the DUOBALL, however, the contact surfaces on the left and right are wider. This means that the fascia massage on the left and right sides of the spine is more widespread and less focused on specific points.

In addition, the twisted material in the TWIN’s center ridge stimulates the skin and tissue, especially when used on the legs and arms. This means the TWIN can be used not only for relaxation or mobility but also to activate the muscles. This is particularly true for areas such as the back and thoracic spine.
