Cervelo R5 Force AXS - 2025

Designed for performance-minded climbers, the 2025 Cervélo R5 Force AXS Permafrost strikes the perfect balance between lightness, stiffness, and control. A lighter, faster frame
With a weight saving of 130g compared to the previous model, the R5's frame is 16% lighter, while maintaining ideal stiffness for climbing. Cable integration reduces drag by 25g, slightly improving aerodynamics, although this is not the R5's priority.

Controlled rigidity for greater performance
The Cervélo R5 combines stiffness and flexibility to provide the perfect balance between responsiveness and comfort. It guarantees excellent stability and optimal power transfer, allowing you to conserve maximum energy to tackle the miles.

Turbulent Aero Wheels
The R5 is equipped with the new Reserve 34 | 37 TA wheels, developed with Turbulent Aero technology. This innovative approach allows for the design of rim profiles optimized for real-world wind conditions, ensuring a perfect balance between lightness, stiffness, and stability.

Integrated SRAM power sensor
The SRAM Force groupset features a Quarq Zero power meter integrated directly into the crankset. This design optimizes stiffness, reduces weight, and offers superior accuracy compared to aftermarket options. Thanks to DZero technology, power measurement remains reliable with an accuracy of +/- 1.5%, even with temperature fluctuations.
