The new ERE Research Explorator CCR45 is a high-performance all-road carbon wheelset designed for riders who demand speed, comfort, and versatility without compromise. Featuring a lightweight 1575g build, modern 25mm internal width, and aerodynamic 45mm carbon rims, the CCR45 delivers exceptional performance across road, gravel, and mixed terrain rides.
Built around our proven ERE IONA II hubs, premium Alpina Extralite spokes, and hooked tubeless-ready rims, the Explorator CCR45 combines reliability, stiffness, and smooth rolling performance at an unbeatable value.

The ERE Explorator CCR45 is intended for ASTM Condition 2 use.
This means the wheelset is designed for riding on paved roads as well as unpaved and gravel roads and trails with moderate gradients. Riding on uneven surfaces and occasional brief loss of tire contact with the ground can occur.
