The FALKE socks TK COMPRESSION blue/purple are trekking and hiking socks with graduated compression, designed to support circulation, reduce fatigue and add stability on mountain trails and long hikes.
Fit and use
These socks target trekking, hiking and mountain sports in footwear from light hiking shoes through to more demanding trekking boots (categories A to C). An anatomical left and right construction with a body-mapped toe box helps them sit securely in the shoe with minimal wrinkling or pressure points.
Materials and construction
The TK Compression design combines polypropylene, merino (virgin) wool, polyamide and elastane in a moisture‑wicking three‑layer knit that transports sweat away from the skin to keep feet dry and help prevent blisters. Medium cushioning underfoot offers a balance of padding and ground feel for varied terrain, while the merino content adds thermal insulation and odour‑inhibiting properties for use across changing temperatures.
Compression and performance features
Graduated compression up the lower leg, together with defined compression zones around the ankle, promotes blood flow, supports proprioception and can help reduce the risk of sprains on uneven ground. The performance focus is on thermal regulation, moisture management, anti‑odour behaviour and targeted support over long days on the trail.
