With numerous prototypes tested over thousands of miles the Croix de Fer 60 strikes that perfect balance. An electrified Croix de Fer which rides just like a regular bike, until you need that extra punch over a steep climb or the extra grunt to survive those final few miles into the wind. An unstoppable electrified adventure icon with a range limited only by its rider.

Electrified!
Assisted pedal culture. The Mahle XS system provides a compact electrified platform without the weight burden.
The bottom bracket mounted torque sensor ensures the assistance feels natural at all outputs.


Mahle X20
Ultra compact, light and smart. The Mahle X20 hub is paired with the XS system for maximum performance. Its slimline form is cleanly camouflaged behind the cassette and the smart internal design has virtually no resistance when the XS system is turned off.
65Nm of torque is supplied when you need it most but with the system switched off, the 60 rides just like a regular Croix de Fer. Truly an e-bike with unlimited range!


eShifters
Discrete Mahle eShifters allow full control of the XS system when on the hoods or on the drops.
The eShifters can be configured in the Mahle Smartbike App which doubles up as an optional handlebar display.


Iron Core
Electrification is great. It allows you to explore farther and enjoy more. Yet the Croix de Fer 60 is still a Croix de Fer at heart.
A Reynolds 725 tubeset, Shimano GRX drivetrain & brakes and an Amplitude carbon fork & finishing kit make for a dependable, high-performance build.
