Meet the Rolly Polly. We took everything we loved about the Itty Bitty and dialed it up: custom triple-butted 4130 chromoly tubing, stiffer UDH hanger for snappier shifting, beefy thru-axles, two piece 165mm cranks, and fast-rolling hubs loaded with secret Japanese bearings. It’s tough enough to pass ISO mountain bike standards, but still cute enough to turn heads.

The Rolly Polly sticks to our design roots: no carbon forks, no internal cable nightmares... just a simple, durable, fun-first frame that’s easy to wrench and ready to rip. With a slightly longer seat tube for taller riders, a tweaked wheelbase for more playful handling, and our signature SWAG (small wheel adjusted geometry), this is the bike for underbiking with maximum style. One size fits most (5’0” to 6’3”). Our frame geometry grows as you raise your seat height. This allows for a full range of rider sizes just by adjusting saddle height. (Standover height is 698mm or 27.5” from the ground. Stack is 496mm and reach is 390mm. Top tube length is 545mm. Seat tube length is 440mm.)

  • Hubs - 100mm x 12mm thru axle front; 142mm x 12mm thru axle rear 6 bolt, Shimano 11speed freehub body: 6 pawls x 6 springs

  • Fits standard 20” 406 BMX tires (2.6 max tire) with extra KYOOT 36 hole double wall rims.

  • 160mm brake rotors max size, brakes are IS front and rear mount, Thru-axle SRAM UDH hanger/dropout.

  • Component spec: PROMAX brakes, rotors, and levers. microSHIFT 10speed 1x cranks, derailleur cassette. FSA headset. Shimano bottom bracket. KMC chain.

• Seat Post - Seat post size is 31.6mm, frame is dropper-post ready (seat collar included with all frames)

• The Pawsome Bar - fully custom 6061-T6 heat treated aluminum handlebar. 7.5” rise, 780 mm width, 6° upsweep, 20° backsweep. 31.8mm clamp dia.

• Drivetrain

  • microSHIFT 10-speed components, trigger shifter and clutch derailleur. (Make sure you engage the clutch with a 5mm Allen to the “ON” position when riding!)

  • microSHIFT Sword 1x 42t crankset, 165 mm crank with outboard bottom bracket

  • microSHIFT cassette 11-38 10-speed

• Our raw metal frames are finished with a light clear coat to show off the material, but they will rust and develop patina over time. It’s a lived-in look that show cases our welds that we love. If rust isn’t your thing, we recommend choosing a painted frame instead, since raw finishes aren’t for everyone (and that’s okay!).
