Prologo Saddle Dimension R2 AGX

Dimension R2 AGX is the new gravel version of Prologo's flat and V-shape saddle. This new model, dedicated to off-road riding, follows all the improvements made to the Dimension R2, the flagship product of one of the most popular saddle families on the market in recent years.

AGX, acronym for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is the line of ergonomic saddles dedicated to the gravel and all-road world, designed to guarantee the right balance between performance and comfort on every type of terrain, even for long distances.

Compared to traditional models, AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made with new generation materials, and an extra 2mm padding made of low-density foams.

These characteristics ensure better shock and vibration absorption, without however limiting or compromising power transfer even when pedaling on dirt roads.

Anatomical shape

The V-shape of the Dimension R2 AGX ensures reduced movement and more precise positioning on the saddle surface. The advanced anatomical center makes it easier to sit in the most front part of the saddle. The flat anatomical shape of this saddle, which favors an even more advanced and aerodynamic riding position, makes it ideal for those who have excellent pelvic flexibility.

The Dimension R2 AGX features a new, completely redesigned tip, with a width of 40 mm, 30% wider than the previous model, and with a more rounded side profile. The new design has been studied to further increase the comfort of the saddle, especially in the phases of maximum push on the pedals. 

Technologies

Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology improves the cyclist's grip and stability, helping him to maintain the correct position in the saddle, even when tackling off-road sections.
The PAS - Perineal Area System channel open in the middle of the saddle is designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness.
Thanks to the 2 mm increased padding, even the longest and most bumpy dirt roads can be tackled in complete comfort.

Base and Rail

The rail can be in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists looking for maximum rigidity and lightness, or in Tirox (light alloy steel) with excellent vibration absorption. The base is made of long fiber carbon for Nack rails or injected carbon for Tirox rails. Materials that offer an excellent compromise between rigidity and comfort.
