Mounting a racktime pannier rack
The adapter set is required for the Emil/Emilia X20 and Gustav/Greta models to easily mount a racktime SNAPIT 2.0 pannier rack (LightIt 2.0 26" / StandIt 2.0 26") at the rear.
Which models need an adapter?
There are two variants of adapter sets available:
- For racktime SNAPIT 2.0 (LightIt 2.0 26“ / StandIt 2.0 26“): The adapter set is required on Emil/Emilia X20 and Gustav/Greta later than 2020.
- For racktime SNAPIT (LightIt 28“ / StandIt 28“ / AddIt 28“): The adapter set is required on Gustav and Greta before model year 2020, i.e. all models with mechanical disc brakes and headlights integrated in the front fender. From model year 2020 onwards, i.e. models with hydraulic Shimano disc brakes and Busch & Müller front lighting on the fender, the Racktime 1.0 luggage rack can be mounted directly on the dropout, no adapter is required.
